We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. The costs of return are at your expense. After receiving your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days (we use the same payment method as you used while placing your order).

Please note:

• Empty products are not accepted and are not covered by the return policy.
• If you return some of the products from a bundle, we will charge the full price for the individual products. The discount on the bundle will then be dropped.
• If you choose to return an order that includes a complimentary gift, we kindly request that you also return the gift. We trust that you understand these gifts are provided as a special bonus with your purchase. If you opt not to return the gift when returning your order, we reserve the right to charge the value of the gift.

• We can only accept returns that are placed on our website (www.belashy.com). We can not refund orders that are placed on 3rd party websites / stores.

• If we have not received a return notification, we unfortunately cannot process a return and you are not eligible for a refund.

• We can only provide a refund if we have received your products.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you choose to return an order that includes a complimentary gift, we kindly request that you also return the gift. We trust that you understand these gifts are provided as a special bonus with your purchase. If you opt not to return the gift when returning your order, we reserve the right to charge the value of the gift.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase on our website. We don't accept products that are bought at 3rd parties (such as retailers, re-sellers).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
